The Energy Trust of Oregon offers cash rebates for reducing your lighting energy use.  The Oregon Department of Energy also gives tax credits to businesses that reduce their lighting energy use by 25% or more. Below are two examples of lighting retrofits with energy savings of 35% for one and 50% for the other.
